ISA was tasked with meeting the technological needs of the Uruguayan Electronic Government and Information Society Agency (AGESIC). As the scope of AGESIC’s projects expanded—particularly those built on Drupal—ISA needed additional specialized resources to address increasing demand, ensure high-quality development, and deliver on time.
