The Solution

DigitalProjex developed a web and mobile platform to address these challenges. The system enables laboratory representatives (medical visitators) to generate unique QR codes for distributed medicines. Each QR code contains detailed product information, including the name, laboratory, representative, doctor, discount status, and the pharmacy responsible for the delivery. These QR codes are shared with doctors and subsequently with patients, who can use them at associated pharmacies for quick and secure access to medications.

The platform includes an administration panel for centralized management of products, stocks, deliveries, and associated data for doctors, representatives, pharmacies, and laboratories. It also supports report generation, sample tracking, and optimization of distribution processes. These features ensure an efficient and transparent workflow.
