ANDA is a non-profit civil association with over 90 years of experience, dedicated to providing social welfare services to its members and their families. It is an organization that practices organized solidarity to serve more than 200,000 members and 600,000 beneficiaries throughout Uruguay, and that provides peace of mind to more than 37,000 beneficiaries of the Social Welfare Bank, as it is the depositary of their collections of various benefits.
The Challenge
ANDA faced the challenge of modernizing a digital platform whose outdated interface and unintuitive navigation no longer satisfied the needs of its more than 250,000 members, negatively impacting the user experience. The system presented performance deficiencies and a technological rigidity that prevented the integration of new functionalities key to business growth, limiting its responsiveness to the current demands of the Uruguayan market. Faced with this, a comprehensive update was needed, focused on optimizing usability, reinforcing data security, and scaling digital services, guaranteeing an efficient transition that aligns technological innovation with the institution's strategic values of well-being and solidarity.
The Solution

This update integrates key functionalities such as quick benefit consultation, digitization of procedures and online transactions, and an efficient system for credit applications directly from the platform. Furthermore, security protocols have been reinforced to ensure full protection of personal data.
