At DigitalProjex, we have the opportunity to work with Club Nacional de Fútbol, one of Uruguay's most important and historic football clubs, to modernize its digital platform.

One project involved redesigning and rebuilding the club's website using the latest available technologies, with the goal of improving performance, increasing resilience during high-demand events, and significantly reducing operational costs.

The results were remarkable. In addition to achieving a reduction of more than 70% in hosting and infrastructure costs, we significantly improved the website's performance and search engine visibility, delivering faster page load times, a better user experience, and stronger SEO metrics.

One of the project's biggest challenges was ensuring platform stability during ticket sales and other high-traffic events. The solution was designed to support more than 100,000 visits per day while maintaining a smooth and reliable experience for users, including the long browsing sessions typically associated with ticket purchasing.

To achieve this, we implemented a scalable infrastructure capable of automatically adjusting server capacity based on demand. Resources can be activated or deactivated as traffic levels change, allowing the platform to maintain high performance while keeping operational costs under control. We also introduced a queue management system that efficiently distributes traffic during peak periods, preventing service interruptions and minimizing the risk of lost sales or failed user access attempts.

The result is a modern, secure, and highly scalable platform that delivers a first-class digital experience for fans while maintaining low operating costs and high availability, even during the club's busiest moments.
